Can I return my order?

Yes, you can.

If you are not satisfied with the items you ordered, you may return them within 30 days of receipt, provided that the following conditions are met:

  1. The order must include all original parts and components, and the packaging must be in the same condition as when the product was received.

  2. Normal use of the product must be evident; any damage caused by mishandling is excluded.

  3. Products where hygiene is important must be thoroughly cleaned before starting the return process.

  4. The product must have been found defective immediately upon receipt.

  5. We reserve the right to charge shipping fees to the customer.

  6. Returns will be processed within 7 business days, and if the conditions are met, the return will be officially confirmed within this period.

We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect they have been used or damaged outside of our responsibility.

How can I return my order?

If your order meets the above conditions, please follow these steps to initiate the return process:

  • Send an email to: info@wildsprout.com

  • Make sure your email includes the following information:

    • Order number

    • Reason for the return request

    • A photo of the product if damaged

    • First and last name of the customer

    • Customer address

We will respond and provide you with the return address. Do not send the package back to the sender’s address—we will provide you with the correct address after receiving your request. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Cancellation Policy

Consumers have a right of withdrawal according to the following provisions, provided that they are a natural person concluding a legal transaction for purposes that are not primarily related to their commercial or professional activity:

Right of Withdrawal

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, receive or accept the last item of the order.

Since we work with a fully automated system, orders are processed immediately after placement. Therefore, we cannot interrupt the shipping process once it has started, and a refund is only possible upon receipt of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (WildSprout) of your decision to withdraw from the contract through a clear statement (e.g., by email). The withdrawal will be effective once we have received the items. The return shipping costs are at the buyer’s expense.
